Annabel Fitzsimmons  Annabel has worked in the health and wellness industry since 1999. She teaches yoga, Pilates, coaches distance runners/walkers, and leads corporate and public workshops in stress management, relaxation, positive thinking, and healthy living.
She has worked with a diverse clientele - amateur and Olympic athletes, CEOs, kids and young adults, moms-to-be and new moms, and both private and corporate clients. Annabel teaches in Canada, the United States, the U.K. and other destinations. She writes and speaks frequently on health and fitness for a variety of publications and organizations, and leads corporate classes and seminars for small and large companies.
Annabel writes wellness, health and fitness articles for various online publications and has been a regular contributor to the Running Room Magazine. She also writes creative non-fiction and fiction on subjects such as relationships and pop culture. Annabel co-wrote the smash-hit play bittergirl, published by Scirocco Press, and the book Bittergirl: Getting Over Getting Dumped, published by Penguin Canada and Penguin U.S.
She has been featured extensively in the national media - in print, on radio and television - The Globe and Mail, Best Health Magazine, CTV News Success Stories, CBC's Sounds Like Canada, City TV's Breakfast Television and NBC's The Today Show. Her writing has appeared in Wedding Bells, Glamour, Elle Girl, Complete Woman, the National Post and numerous online publications.
